Brett Landscaping invests in new livery

Brett Landscaping has made a significant investment in a new livery for its fleet of delivery lorries, in a move that the company says “makes them instantly recognisable whilst providing additional peace of mind to merchants that they are dealing with a highly professional company.”

The new livery is being supported by contemporary branded Point of Sale, sales literature, and a targeted advertising campaign to help drive business in partnership with the supplier’s builders’ merchant customer base.

The supplier has also made improvements to site safety at its eight hectare site in Barrow-upon-Soar along with investment of over £100,000 to advance its traffic management systems. Instigated by Nick Moore, the company’s Stock and Yard Manager at Barrow and the recent recipient of the inaugural Safety Champion Award from the Fork Lift Trust Association (FLTA), the result is an additional 3,450m² of useable stockyard space following re-surfacing work, wider roadways, enclosed pedestrian walkways, improved road markings and the elimination of vehicle queuing on roads.

The changes have helped to boost efficiency and enabled the business to significantly decrease its turnaround times, helping to get drivers back on to the road more quickly without comprising safety.
