The product itself is rubber-based and described as offering easy tear, heavy duty quality with high tack for binding, fixing, sealing, repairing, joining, protecting, marking and more. It is said to provide long lasting adhesion on most substrates, including rough and uneven surfaces, as well as on wet and damp surfaces.
