Bluebay is an independently run company, established for over 17 years with a strong brand recognition and a wide presence throughout the UK, now with a network of 4 branches.
The company was impressed with the ability of Intact iQ to offer a dedicated delivery scheduling service and electronic proof of delivery through its native app service Intact Access.
As national distributors of specialist building products, such as groundwork engineering, waterproofing, chemicals, sealants & joint fillers and much more, Bluebay needed to move away from the existing Xeres system in order to support the company’s growth in recent years.
The main priority was to automate routine tasks to increase productivity, and also improve customer service levels.
