MAM will showcase at NMBS Exhibition

MAM Software has announced it will be appearing at the 2019 NMBS Trade Exhibition, held at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry on 10 April.

Visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about MAM’s business management solutions, as well as its forthcoming product catalogue.

Known as Tradercat, the electronic catalogue is designed to bring benefits for both builders’ merchants and DIY retailers by improving the information that is accessible at the point of sale.

Counter staff will be able to use the catalogue to help their customers make more informed buying decisions and speed up transactions. Functionality within Tradercat enables users to search, filter and compare products from a range of brands, while price and stock details are immediately available.

Suppliers providing data to the catalogue will also be able to upload products, specifications and photographs so merchants always have access to the latest information.

The electronic catalogue is compatible with MAM’s Trader system, which the software provider will also be demonstrating to show visitors.

The ERP application is designed to help builders’ merchants streamline and improve their day-to-day operations. Functionality within the software includes the ability to simplify stock control, increase profits by finding best-value suppliers and access information at point of sale.

The business management solution is available through cloud deployment, which is said to lower upfront costs as no installation is required. This Software as a Service (SaaS) option is reportedly popular among merchants for its flexibility and ability to eliminate the need for updates and maintenance.

Ben Whitehouse, Senior Sales Manager at MAM Software, said: “The NMBS Trade Exhibition presents the ideal opportunity for us to meet our current customers and prospects, while allowing us to showcase our latest products.

“Tradercat has the potential to revolutionise the way in which merchants recommend products to their customers, so we can’t wait to see what feedback we receive at the show.”
