Roxor joins NMBS OnePlace platform

Roxor Group has become the latest supplier to join NMBS OnePlace and is the first bathroom manufacturer to add its products to the OnePlace B2B ordering and Product Information Management (PIM) platform, which is said to offer better trading efficiencies for NMBS members and suppliers.

NMBS members can now search for and order Roxor Group products online through OnePlace. The platform gives them quick and easy access to product and price data on any Roxor product, which members can export for their own Back Office and E-Commerce systems. The platform will also keep members up to date on new offers, product launches and access to special promotions from the firm.

The company has been a leading bathroom manufacturer and distributor for around 40 years, with brands including Hudson Reed and nuie, and describes a philosophy of “build(ing) relationships with customers through a focus and commitment to understand their needs and deliver a unique range of products”.

James Abrams, Sales Director of Roxor Group, said: “We first heard about NMBS OnePlace just three months ago and knew immediately that we wanted to be involved. Product data is a really important part of our business; providing detailed information allowing our customers to access everything they need to know about our products quickly and easily.

“Now NMBS members will be able to find information about our products online through the OnePlace platform, so they will have everything they need at their fingertips right on the trade counter, without having to make a phone call or look elsewhere.”

He added: “We particularly like that NMBS members will be able to access product data quickly and easily and soon will be able to access live information about stock levels through OnePlace. We pride ourselves on the high levels of stock that we hold, with many of our products manufactured right here in the UK. We believe being able to see our stock availability online will encourage NMBS members to order from us.”

James explained he was also pleased at the ease with which Roxor Group was able to join OnePlace, thanks to support from NMBS’ E-Commerce Assistant Cate Powell and Trading Manager Baljit Singh.

He commented: “Cate and Baljit were fantastic. They were always available whenever we had a question, and they worked really well with our own IT department. It’s been a very smooth transition, done in record time, and we’re delighted to be the first NMBS bathroom category supplier to join the platform.”

Completely free to use by NMBS members, the OnePlace platform launched in 2020 and now includes almost 200,000 products from more than 30 NMBS suppliers. Another 40 suppliers are said to be in the process of being added to the system.
