Howarth Timber Group is celebrating its 175th anniversary in style after unveiling a major new website.
The new website now allows building professionals to not only browse Howarth Timber and Building Supplies’ extensive product ranges, but also make purchases for collection in branch or to be delivered to site.
The website also offers a host of features designed to make life easier than ever before for professional tradespeople.
Leading the way is the ‘Your Jobs’ section. This allows customers to add products individually or as a group to form quotes, which can then be easily ordered when their own end clients confirm they want to proceed with a project. The ‘Your Favourites’ section, meanwhile, will give customers the opportunity to easily access products that they regularly buy.
The ‘Your Jobs’ section also possesses a feature that adjusts prices during times of economic change, in order to keep customers informed about sudden price rises or drops.
The new ‘Click and Go’ service and already established ‘Click and Collect’ service have been designed to speed up the purchasing and collecting service, meaning customers can get on with jobs swiftly.
The website also features dedicated sections for Howarth Timber Engineered Solutions, Howarth Timber Windows and Doors and the Howarth Timber Greenhouse.
It follows hot on the heels of the Howarth Timber Training Academy, which was launched earlier this year — cementing Howarth’s position at the forefront of digital solutions for the building industry.
The academy has been designed to improve the knowledge and skill base of the UK building industry and offers a huge array of online courses that are already giving building professionals confidence across a wide range of specialisms and products.
