Hevey Building Supplies has announced the acquisition of MAP Building & Civil Engineering Supplies Ltd.
MAP has been established since 2003 and is based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire and specialises in Heavyside and Civils and cover the East Midlands and Derbyshire. Owners Martin McCaul and Philip West will be staying on for the immediate future.

Map has great staff and a strong customer base, a reputation for great service and a comprehensive stock holding. The addition adds to our delivery coverage in the Midlands area.”
Hevey Building Supplies is part of Lords Group Trading Ltd and this latest acquisition means that the group civils coverage now spreads from Derby down to the South-East.
The acquisition continues the growth plan for the family-owned Group, which is aiming to become a top five supplier of building materials in the next five years.
