Barnsley-based construction material manufacturer Naylor Industries has acquired a 4.5 acre manufacturing site in Garforth for £1.1m.
The site is currently occupied by Naylor’s Concrete Fencing division, which was acquired from Procter Bros in August 2020. Following acquisition of the site, Naylor is planning a major programme of investment in additional buildings and equipment to increase capacity.
Naylor’s advisors were surveyors Sanderson Weatherall and lawyers DLA.
