Mark Vitow, the family-owned national distributor and manufacturer of plumbing and heating products, has announced the appointments of Matt Smith to Regional Sales Manager for the South West and Adam Hewlett to Regional Sales Manager for London and the Home Counties.
Matt Smith is a business graduate with 11 years experience as a sales professional. He has significant experience within the Plumbing and Heating industry with strong credentials within the arena of merchants, key account management and demand creation. Described as “rich with integrity and driven by quality service, strong relationships and the delivery of customer solutions”, he joins the business at a period of exponential growth.

Adam Hewlett, meanwhile, has worked in the plumbing, heating and bathrooms sector for the past 7 1/2 years, and brings a wealth of experience building strong relationships with independent merchants, buying group members and suppliers alike. His experience in sourcing and launching new brands is said to sit well with the company’s ambitious plans to bring innovative new products to the plumbing and heating market.
In addition to a “flourishing” distribution business, Mark Vitow also markets “a growing number of innovative exclusive brands from the manufacturing side of the business with installer favourites” such as Black Swan PVC Cement, FlushDaddy cistern spares, FlowPro macerators, Korona toilet seats and Firemaster3 gas and torches.
