Epicor Software Corporation, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth, has announced that cloud hosting company Netplan has become an authorised Epicor partner for Epicor BisTrack. The BisTrack solution is a fully integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system designed for distributors, merchants and wholesalers. The company also announced the availability of the latest release of BisTrack (v3.8).
The recognition of Netplan as an official Epicor partner follows a long standing relationship where Netplan has been providing BisTrack customers with hosting, consulting and advisory services. The appointment means that Netplan will now be an active partner of BisTrack – on-premises and cloud solutions – in the UK and Ireland, as well as offering a full range of implementation and support services. The combined effort creates an extended pool of BisTrack talent and expertise that can better help customers maximise their investment and grow their businesses.

Boosting the BisTrack UK business even further, version 3.8 has been released, containing many great new features and enhancements designed to grow business. The new version includes enhanced business intelligence features with new ways of filtering Smart Views – which gives users a powerful tool to explore and interrogate their data – and a new rich and flexible dashboard design model. Version 3.8 also gives BisTrack users more control and insight in the sales, purchasing, customer returns, pricing and journey planning modules.
