Chandlers Building Supplies has been named as a finalist in the Sussex Super Growth 2015 awards, which celebrate companies in the county that are achieving sustainable growth, creating jobs and helping to build up the economy.
The awards looked at businesses that have more than a £1 million turnover and have gone from strength to strength despite the recent difficult economic climate.
Richard Skinner, Commercial Director at Chandlers Building Supplies, commented:
“The industry did suffer during the recent recession, but we’re pleased to be coming through that now and there is a renewed buoyancy. Throughout the period, we took measures to ensure that we continued to meet our customers’ requirements and develop the business, and I believe it is this that has helped us to be where we are today.
