Mira Showers has announced it has entered a new market with the launch of its first ever bath range, the Mira Flight bath.
The new product, which will hit stores in early 2019, has been ergonomically designed with the aim of providing ultimate comfort while seamlessly fitting into the modern bathroom.
Designed using the same engineering as the Mira Flight tray range, the Mira Flight bath utilises patented BioCote technology, which reduces mould growth and allows for optimum hygiene.
The BioCote antibacterial treatment incorporates anti-microbial silver ion technology directly into the Mira Flight bath. This is said to reduce microbes by up to 99.9% and protects the surface for the lifetime of the product.
The Mira Flight bath allows up to 38cm water depth and features removable gel cushion and solid oak bench, which has been designed for resting a book or drink. It is available in three drop sizes and one freestanding option.
The Mira Flight’s polyconcrete core and square ‘trellis’ design frame have been designed to minimise flexing or deforming, allowing the product to withstand up to a 490kg load.
Manufactured in the UK, the range is also entirely self-supporting meaning no wooden reinforcements are necessary, making it easy to install.
