Available for all installers, Worcester Bosch has officially launched its new ‘Excelerate’ loyalty programme. Rewards include discounts on training, product accessories, marketing and business advice as well as transferring points onto a Worcester Bosch branded credit card to spend anywhere.

Members of the previous loyalty scheme Greenstar Rewards will also have their account and points automatically transferred across to the new scheme.

Virtual Showroom

Fayers is reportedly the first independent merchant to launch Lakes’ innovative online showroom platform to its trade customers, and the first retailer to present the new shopping experience to consumers through its Just Add Water website.

The online platform allows Lakes products to be viewed and favourited, helping merchant sales by enabling showroom staff to turn leads into orders, and upsell complementary products such as taps, showers, grab rails and shower seats. Accessed through the stockist’s own website, visitors to the Lakes showroom can also download joint-branded brochures and ask questions directly to the stockists’ staff via chat and email.

Return of Cashback Scheme 

To help installers pocket some extra money this year, Baxi’s cashback promotion is back. For every three Baxi 600/800 boiler installations registered on Baxi Works, installers can claim a £300 return.

The uncapped promotion means Baxi installers have unlimited opportunities to earn while the scheme is running until 30 November 2020. Both new and existing Baxi Works members can take advantage of the promotion.

The technical information is kept simple, with just the essential product dimensions.
