Lecico’s new Visual Merchandisers, Max and Josh, have just finished a major re-packaging project for customer Selco Builders Warehouse.
Following a re-design of their ceramic packaging, Lecico was keen to ensure that stock on the shelves of the successful builders’ merchant was quickly updated instead of waiting for the usual stock turn timing. The project required the re-packaging of all branch stock for its (then) 40 depots.
The manufacturer’s Sales Director Tony Westwood said: “We are delighted with the quality of our new packaging. Full colour images and product details on the packaging makes it really easy for the installer to see what’s in each box. The Lecico sections of the Selco warehouse have never looked tidier.”
Simon Humpage, Marketing Manager from Selco, added: “Lecico has been an important supplier to Selco for a number of years. The new Visual Merchandisers have transformed and improved the display, merchandising and housekeeping of the Lecico area of our warehouses, further strengthening our relationship at all levels. We are really pleased with the result.”
Lecico, which has been manufacturing ceramic since 1959 for a worldwide market, is now said to be the second largest ceramic supplier to the UK market.
