Adding to its professional trade range of sealants and adhesives, HB42 has launched two new products — HB42 Ultimate “Max Flex” Decorators Caulk and HB42 Fast Grab D3 Wood Glue. The HB42 Ultimate Decorators Caulk 380ml is claimed to have over double the flexibility of leading caulk brands at 12.5% whilst its “Max Flex” capabilities mean it has increased resistance to movement and is longer-lasting.
HB42 Ultimate Fast Grab Wood Glue, meanwhile, provides the benefits of an interior and exterior glue with a fast-grab bond in 10 minutes. Billed as a high spec D3 Grade glue, it “acts like a super strong PVA which is suitable for all woods”.

Compact Bolt Cutter
Suitable for cutting nails, bolts and rivets in tight areas, Knipex has launched the 71 01 160 CoBolt S Compact Bolt Cutter. The pliers feature a lever action mechanism which is said to provide a cutting performance 30 times higher than hand force applied.
In addition, it boasts a heavy duty, induction hardened cutting edge for thin, hard wire, screws and springs with no slipping of the material to be cut due to its lasered cutting edge.The tool also offers cutting performance in a length of 160mm. It features a small, slim head for accessibility,is compact and cuts wires, bolts, nails and rivets up to a diameter of 4.4mm.

TX MAX
Designed for cutting hard ceramic materials, Rubi has launched the TX MAX tile cutter. Notable features include its reinforced components, especially the 30mm diameter tubular steel guides as well as its ‘Master Power’ breaker, which can be operated with one hand and has a maximum power of 1200kg.
It also includes breaker-scorer assembly, which incorporates a ratchet lock with quick trigger release. The base of the cutter is cast aluminium and incorporates a rotating square with central pivot for angular cuts. Furthermore, all the Rubi TX MAX cutters include 2, 8 and 22mm scoring wheels and a case for protection and handling.

In a bid to provide customers with affordable LED lighting solutions, EverBrite has launched the COB Headlight. The headlight features a pivoting head as well as an adjustable headband to ensure comfort.
An ON/OFF switch is also included which has the capacity to change the mode of lighting — either full beam, low beam or flashing — to produce 120 Lumens at a range of 10m. Alkaline batteries are included for up to three hours of constant power and it has been designed for any trade who needs to keep their hands free while lighting their work.

X-LOCK
Launched at the same time as six small X-LOCK angle grinders, Bosch Professional has introduced the X-LOCK accessory-change system for grinders — described as a completely tool-less alternative to traditional systems, allowing users to simply bring the accessory and grinder connecting surfaces into contact and press.
To remove a disc, users only need to flick a lever on the grinder and changeovers can be completed in five seconds. A new range of more than 130 X-LOCK accessories covers everything from metalwork and stonework to plumbing and tiling. Almost all of the accessories can also be used on older, non-X-LOCK angle grinders with conventional clamping systems.
The six small X-LOCK angle grinders, meanwhile, comprise one corded model and five 18 V battery-powered cordless products.

12V Peak Slide cordless tool series
Featuring a range of slimline batteries, HiKOKI Power Tools has launched its 12V Peak Slide cordless tool series. The new 12V range is said to be ideal for professional users who need to work in confined spaces, over long periods of time.
The slimline slide 12V battery range powers the DS12DDbrushless cordless driver drill, the DV12DD brushless cordless impact driver drill and the WH12DDbrushless cordless impact driver. The compact batteries make the tools lightweight and easy to handle with none weighing more than 1.2kg. HiKOKI has also launched a new charger for the 12V battery series.
