The h&b Group has expanded its team with the appointment of Colin Wilson, who joins the Buying Group as Development Group Membership Manager.
The h&b Development Group is h&b’s unique initiative created to bring smaller merchants into the Group, giving them the opportunity to grow and develop their business through h&b’s buying deals before progressing through to the main h&b Group. Colin joins the organisation Group with a wealth of experience in construction, and his responsibilities will be to recruit, onboard, and guide independent merchants through that process, expanding and progressing their business.
Colin said: “As well as the great buying deals that h&b can offer, we encourage merchants to take advantage of the many services offered by the group and the wealth of experience from the network of members across the country. The collaboration and sharing of best practice that goes on with the h&b Group can be just as valuable to a merchant looking to grow as the buying deals themselves.”
