As increasing numbers of retailers and builders’ merchants look to expand their fenestration options, Crystal-Direct has announced a new supply agreement with Toolstation.
This will be the first time that Toolstation has offered windows to its customers via its website across a newly created ‘department’ dedicated to hosting almost 200 window options. The range of windows will also be complimented by around 80 Crystal-Direct doors and roof windows There is said to have been a huge amount of collaboration in developing this range with Toolstation who already plan to increase the range to include Crystal-Direct composite doors soon.
Kevin Morgan, Crystal-Direct Commercial Director, reports he has been both surprised and delighted by the speed and agility at which the range has been developed and launched by Toolstation. He said: “It’s fantastic to have been chosen by Toolstation to facilitate its desire to provide its customers with windows and doors. We have seen a growing appetite for more and more retailers and builders’ merchants to expand their range of products online using Drop Ship Vending (DSV).
“The growth of platforms such as Virtual Stock and Market Places generally is a fantastic indication of the sector’s continuing confidence, and desire to play its part in the country’s economic recovery – which in our case is also linked to energy saving and heat retention.”
