Dakea has announced it will be exhibiting at this year’s UK Construction Week at NEC Birmingham from the 9 – 11 of October.
The company’s stand will feature the Dakea truck and visitors will receive hands on experience with Dakea’s products as well as the chance to win prizes through an interactive chatbot and social media competitions.
The Dakea roadshow truck will allow visitors to experience an interactive showroom where visitors can view short presentations on Dakea’s products and its customer support.
An interactive chatbot competition will also be available on the stand where participants will be asked by the Dakea chatbot via a messaging app, questions related to the support that they receive. Each visitor will then be able to choose from a selection of free gifts for taking part.
For the social media competition that will also be running, Dakea will be encouraging entrants to share photos and selfies from the stand on social media, with the visitor taking the best photo standing a chance of winning prizes.
Ultima, Dakea’s roof window, will be the prominent range on display. The roof window range is said to surpass technical requirements and incorporates a noise reduction system, which mutes up to 50% of traffic and rain noise.
Ultima also features category II hurricane resistance and its external pane is extra thick and toughened, with the internal pane laminated to ensure full impact protection and a lifetime warranty against hail damage.
Lee Griffiths, Technical Sales Manager GBI, said: “With 75 years of roof window innovation, design and manufacturing experience, we deliver high quality products that stand the test of time, as demonstrated by Ultima’s 20-year guarantee – the longest guarantee on the market today. We’re delighted to present our ranges to installers and specifiers alike, and our experienced team will be on-hand to provide guidance and answer any technical product or project questions.”
