Elliotts has announced that over £4,000 has been raised for local charities thanks to its annual charity golf day, which saw 86 golfers take to Bramshaw golf course on 5 July.
The golf day, organised by Elliotts Builders Merchant, was attended by construction companies and suppliers from across the South.
Ed Butcher, Insulation & Drylining Group Manager at Elliotts, said: “It was a great day with the biggest turn out we’ve ever had.
“Thanks to the generosity of local companies and our suppliers, we raised a fantastic amount of money for some worthy local causes. Huge thanks also go to Bramshaw Golf Club who allowed us to use their brilliant facilities.”
The money raised will be split between Simon Says, a child bereavement charity and Elliotts’ newly staff-appointed Charity of the Year, Naomi House & Jacksplace, which provides hospices for children and young adults in the South.
