Following an extremely successful 2014 to 2015 trading year, RGB Building Supplies has announced a number of exciting developments ensuring the business continues to grow.
One of the largest independent merchants in the south west, RGB will be adding one new branch and re-locating another, as well as a new kitchen and bathroom studio and an increase in Head Office space.
A brand new branch in Torquay and a larger Okehampton branch have been given the go ahead with both builds due to begin in the very near future. Each branch will have a varied offering, including general building materials, landscaping and decorating, with the current Okehampton plumbing and heating branch moving to the new premises.
Chief Executive Kevin Fenlon commented: “We had a fantastic year last year, which means that we are now in a position to develop these two sites which were purchased some time ago. Both sites will be re-developed to ensure that our trade and retail customers have a better opportunity to experience working with RGB. There will also be career opportunities to join the RGB group at both branches.”
Additionally, a new kitchen and bathroom studio is being built at RGB’s Exeter branch. Following the opening of the Porthleven branch’s showroom last year and the recently refurbished studio in South Molton, this new kitchen and bathroom showroom highlights RGB’s commitment to grow the offering. Finally, there will also be an increase in space at the Head Office in Barnstaple.
