The NMBS exhibition 2017 saw Flexseal turn in its best sales performance at the show to date, in both value and volume, says the company. The trading exhibition offers a day of product promotions and member engagement, of which Flexseal outperformed in both areas in comparison to previous years.
“It’s always great to get immediate results from a show like this so that we can gauge our success early on, but for us the highlight is the engagement we had on the stand, which was high in volume and of excellent quality. We see the NMBS exhibition as a unique event in our annual diary and always look forward to trade day. The uplift in engagement we had on the stand this year reflects the additional focus our business has put into day to day customer engagement,” commented Ricky Hasprey, National Sales Manager for Flexseal.
The Company has had particular success with one of its latest innovations, the Icon Pushfit, an internal coupling that connects four inch pipes with a simple pushfit method. The company turned out in full force with members from both sales and marketing to ensure customers were well informed.

Having a sales and marketing presence at the show enables us to interpret that feedback from numerous business angles. Our new Icon Pushfit product is the result of previous exhibition engagement and the success of this product emphasises just how well we listen to the marketplace and respond to the feedback given,” added Ryan Lockwood, Marketing Manager for Flexseal.
