Following a NAPIT audit, Heatrae Sadia has renewed its certification as Hot Water Association (HWA) Charter members for 2019.
The HWA Charter is designed to promote high levels of quality and transparency amongst heating appliance manufacturers, and membership can only be achieved through a rigorous auditing process.
In order to renew its membership for 2019, Heatrae Sadia was required to meet a number of clear criteria. This included the supply of fit for purpose products, clearly and honestly described, which meet or exceed appropriate standards and regulations. It was also required to meet the provision of pre and post installation technical support along with clear and concise warranty details for customers.
Alan Clarke, Technical Support Manager at Heatrae Sadia, commented: “The HWA Charter is recognised across the industry as the standard which manufacturers should aim to meet. Our Charter membership assures those who work with Heatrae Sadia that we provide products and services which can be relied upon – a responsibility which we take very seriously.
“We are delighted to have achieved renewed membership for 2019 and look forward to upholding the values of The HWA Charter for another year.”
