Huws Gray has announced it has completed the purchase of Stoke-on-Trent based Audley Builders Merchants, the third site it has opened in Staffordshire.
The news comes a couple of weeks after its recent acquisition of Ridgeons in East Anglia, and is hope will continue the company’s ongoing growth.
Audley Builders Merchants was started by former Stoke City Director, Maurice Nield, in 1969 as an expansion of his successful transport business founded in 1954.
