Inaugural Exhibition and Gala Dinner announced by IBC Buying Group

IBC Buying Group is holding its first ever Exhibition and Gala Dinner, exclusively for members and suppliers. The event will take place on 29 September in the wing building at Silverstone Race Circuit in Northamptonshire, before delegates head to the luxurious Whittlebury Park Hotel for a star-studded Awards Dinner.

During the day at Silverstone, members will be able to network and engage with more than 100 of the industry’s leading supplier partners, learning all about the products and services available through IBC to support independent merchant businesses. All suppliers will be offering exclusive on-the-day deals on products ordered at the event, and there are some exciting new products being showcased at Silverstone for the first time.

Members will also be able to learn about all the latest news and developments from IBC Buying Group, including what are billed as some very special announcements as part of IBC’s ‘More than a Buying Group’ proposition, as it looks to continue its rapid growth as a leading buying group for developing independent merchants.

Once the Exhibition concludes, a Gala Dinner and awards ceremony will be held in the evening at Whittlebury Park, celebrating the successful partnerships seen between members and suppliers during the past year.

Established in 2008, IBC now has more than 200 merchant members and 150 leading supplier partners, with a combined buying power in excess of £650 million.
