In response to a growing demand and pipeline of infrastructure projects, Keyline has formed a dedicated national infrastructure team to enhance its existing offering.
Through early project engagement, the aim is to provide a specialist and experienced team with expert insight and support for the UK’s infrastructure projects.
The UK is set to benefit from major £600 billion investment into the vital infrastructure needed to support the anticipated population growth over the next decade, including a projected pipeline of over 700 projects across telecommunications, roads, railways, power, schools and hospitals. This includes an expected £5 billion investment for projects that will help the government’s ‘levelling up’ manifesto pledge to deliver “better, faster and more reliable transport connections (as) the way to close the opportunity gap across this country.”
In response to, and working with Keyline’s regional infrastructure colleagues, the new dedicated national team will enhance Keyline’s existing infrastructure service and will be ideally placed to add value to the proposed pipeline of work ahead. Headed by National Sales Director, Christina Dell, the team provides a dedicated point of contact and coordination for both new and existing infrastructure projects.
Christina at Keyline said: “We are wholly committed to supporting the government’s aim to get Britain building and our mission is to help build, protect and maintain the vital infrastructure we all depend on to live our lives. By drawing upon the expertise of our existing regional colleagues, coordinated with those of the dedicated team, we will share local and existing project knowledge and work closely with our supply chain partners to contribute at the earlier stages of new projects and strengthen schemes with full package proposals that offer improved efficiencies, save time, budget and offer greater flexibility – while providing solutions to support Highways England’s sustainable development and environmental strategies.”
Christina concluded: “We wanted to ensure that infrastructure schemes nationwide benefit from the high levels of service, added value and the end-to-end proposition we pride ourselves on. With our FORS Gold fleet, flexible and on-time-in-full deliveries, TP plc backing, and now, with our dedicated national infrastructure team in place, we can provide an integrated and enhanced package for all projects.”
