Businesses in the merchant sector, including Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland and Travis Perkins have been certified as Top Employers in the United Kingdom.
The accolade, awarded annually by the Top Employers Institute, recognises employers who have implemented policies and practices that have had a positive impact on their employees and the business. This follows a rigorous review of the Group’s HR practices by the Top Employers Institute covering a range of themes; from the work environment for colleagues to recruitment, rewards, training and development, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.
