Mayor helps RGB’s South Molton branch celebrate 10th birthday

The Mayor of South Molton, Councillor David Goodman, joined in with the 10th birthday celebrations at RGB Building Supplies’ South Molton branch on Wednesday 1st July by officially opening the new kitchen and bathroom showroom.

As well as being able to view the displays from leading brands, customers had the opportunity to take part in a number of different competitions being held by RGB’s suppliers. These included Namgrass testing people’s golf skills, Keylite holding a window fitting competition and Bostik inviting guests to take part in a football penalty challenge, which the Mayor tried his best to win.

Visitors were also treated to a free hog roast and birthday cake.

Violet Hancock, RGB South Molton’s Branch Manager, commented:

“A big thank you to the Mayor, Councillor Goodman, for attending and officially opening our showroom.  It’s a completely new offering for the local area and we look forward to welcoming those that work in the trade and people looking to update their own homes. We are extremely proud to have been part of the South Molton community for the past 10 years and we’re delighted that customers old and new came to celebrate with us. Here’s to the next 10!”
