MKM Building Supplies has landed in Sharston, Manchester, creating 14 jobs with its 46th branch opening.
The new branch on Altrincham Road will contain the builders’ merchant’s full portfolio of services and products, catering to the public and trades. This includes building, plumbing, joinery, heating and insulation, with a specialist brick matching service available.
A team of design experts will be on-hand to assist those interested in MKM Sharston’s state-of-the-art kitchen and bathroom showrooms. As the 21-year-old Hull-based business rapidly expands into the interior design market, these showrooms have become an increasingly popular feature across its branch network.
MKM is undergoing a steady national expansion as part of its ongoing growth plan; Sharston will be the 46th branch, just weeks after locations were unveiled in Galashiels and Honiton.
To celebrate the opening, festive refreshments including mince pies will be available in-branch. As well as the opportunity to win an iPad for those spending over £250, there will be a series of offers and perks for those opening trade accounts at MKM Sharston.
