Following the announcement from current MD Nick Oates that he is to retire from NBG next year, the buying group is now commencing the recruitment process to find his successor.
Taking the opportunity to announce his decision to Partners and Suppliers in person at the NBG conference in Liverpool in late November, Nick will be leaving his role next spring following more than 10 successful years at the helm.

We are now seeking to recruit a full time Managing Director to manage the LLP’s team of staff and to implement fully the processes and strategies as determined by the LLP’s Executive Board.
The MD will have proven business administration skills, be able to demonstrate strong leadership and drive operational change and manage relationships across the organisation both internally and externally, which will increase productivity and efficiency within the LLP.
