Nine new Freemen join the Worshipful Company of Builders’ Merchants

The Worshipful Company of Builders’ Merchants is pleased to announce that nine new Freemen joined the Company at the recent Court meeting on Tuesday 2 July, 2024.

The Freemen are:

Master Alan Hawkins said: “I am delighted to welcome nine new Freemen to the Company on behalf of the Court. We hope that they will be inspired to support the Company and its aim to raise awareness of the importance of the role of the builders’ merchant within the construction industry.

“The Company hopes to bring about a thriving and prosperous industry through co-operation, networking and interaction, while also supporting the Lord Mayor, the Sheriffs and the City of London Corporation and its charity work both within the City and beyond.”
