Norgrove Building Supplies is launching its first ever Black Friday Week starting on Monday 23 November and lasting until Friday 27 November.
A daily offer will appear at 6:00am every day next week on the company’s social media channels and the offer will only be valid for that day.
The offers will range from building materials such as sleepers through to workwear and work tools. Norgrove Building Supplies Director, Jack Norgrove, commented: “We understand this year been a strange and tough time for some, and we also know that lockdown has provided a perfect opportunity for households to start building projects, either doing it themselves or with local tradesmen. With this in mind, we thought we would extend our traditional single Black Friday promotion, to offer a range of products throughout the week. Hopefully, this will mean we can offer much-needed building supplies to a range of different tradesmen and the public.”
With the surge in people currently fixing up their properties with home improvements, demand for building supplies has increased, which has been a real issue for a number of tradesmen trying to obtain materials. Jack continued: “We understand the frustration that many builders are struggling to find relevant supplies for their building projects and with that in mind we’ve hired a new Branch Manager who has been able to keep stock ordered and delivered to store, allowing us to be confident with our stock levels. He is also responsible for continuously checking product pricing, so that we are always competitively priced. So, with our Black Friday Week offers, pricing for certain items will be an added bonus for our customers.”
Jack concluded: “We’re really looking forward to our Black Friday Week promotions as there’s a whole range of products that will be on offer. We understand that some people may be wary of visiting our trade counter to place orders during the current coronavirus pandemic, but I just want to re-assure the public that we have taken the correct steps to help us be COVID-secure and we have followed the appropriate Government guidelines. This includes having hands sanitisers in operation, face masks are required in the shop, a one-way system in place, screens have been erected on the counter and there are posters around the shop reminding customers about the importance of keeping their space from other customers. While it may appear different, we would like to assure everyone that we are operating smoothly, securely and it is very much business as usual and we can’t wait to offer you are Black Friday promotions throughout the week.”
