Following Owlett-Jaton marking 75 years in business last year, the organisation is celebrating annother “exciting and proud milestone” as Unifix reaches its 60th anniversary.
Established in 1963, over the last 60 years Unifix lays claim to having “developed into a strong and recognised brand that has been embraced by the market, trusted by merchants, distributors, and tradesmen alike, servicing a wide variety of trades.”
This brand growth accelerated following its acquisition by Owlett-Jaton in 2012 and Unifix has continued to “successfully create a considerable reputation for quality and reliability.” As with all Owlett-Jaton products, the range is sourced exclusively from ISO 9001 factories that have been physically visited and audited, to ensure product quality.
Moreover, the Unifix branded range has continually grown over the sixty years and is now said to feature a bigger and better selection than ever before. With new product lines regularly being added to the Owlett-Jaton portfolio, a comprehensive selection of Unifix-branded products is available to customers, including:
- Boxed fasteners and fixings
- Trade bag range
- Retail bag range
- Ironmongery range
Ian Doherty, Owlett-Jaton’s CEO, said: “Sixty years in business is a real achievement, and a true reflection of the dedication and hard work of our staff, coupled with the long-standing relationships that we enjoy with our customers; I would like to thank staff and customers alike. We are immensely proud as to how Unifix has flourished; may Unifix continue to succeed over the next 60 years and beyond.”
