ROYD Tool Group has announced its recent acquisition of Optimaxx, the third addition to the company’s portfolio.
Optimaxx will join SMART’s multi-tools, blades and accessories and ACER’s professional construction marker range.
Based in Essex, Optimaxx was founded in 2014 and ROYD hopes to take the brand even further by utilising industry expertise and experience gained through its other additions.

The acquisition was finalised throughout June 2018 and became official on 1st July, with ROYD now hoping to introduce Optimaxx to its 2000+ UK trade merchant customer base.
