Saniflo UK has announced it will be offering showrooms free fitting and product training when they purchase a Kinedo Kinemagic display, for the first time.
Graham’s is one of the companies who has already benefitted from the offer which includes installation of the first display completely free of charge, as well as training for showroom staff, plumbers and installers either during the installation or at a later date.
Derek Charge, Southern Regional Showroom Manager and responsible for Graham’s showroom estate, recently specified the two new displays. This included a Kinemagic Serenity + and a Kineduo bath which were installed into the Evesham branch by the Saniflo technical team.
Derek said: “We have elderly, less able and regular customers coming into the showroom looking for modern, quality products to use in practical situations. Some are future proofing their homes in advance and some have an immediate need. The stylish Kinedo cubicles provide the solution to so many situations.
“For some, however, the appeal of a bath is still strong and the Kineduo with its opening door, seat, grab rails and a wide range of configurations is a stunning replacement for their standard bath. The common denominator is minimum hassle. These customers do not want huge disruption; but still want designer style. The team from Saniflo has been exceptionally helpful in ensuring my team can adequately explain all the options to our customers and I believe this is why we are successful at selling these products.”
Graham’s has also subsequently placed orders for additional showrooms including Enfield, Eastbourne, Abingdon and Poole.
