Floor preparation specialist Setcrete has become a supplier member of the National Merchant Buying Society and will be present at the forthcoming NMBS Exhibition.
Merchant and customer support for Setcrete products includes demonstration days at merchants’ premises, highly visual point-of-sale displays, product literature, technical and product information accessible through the dedicated Setcrete website and product technical support.
The brand is a division of F. Ball and Co. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of flooring adhesives and floor preparation products. Since its launch in 2009 to take the firm’s expertise to a wider building audience, Setcrete has proven its popularity in national merchants and smaller independents alike and has developed the range to be “the most comprehensive in the merchant sector”.
Its range of flooring preparation products features levelling compounds to create smooth, level subfloors prior to the installation of floor coverings, such as vinyl, wood and ceramic/porcelain tiles.
Products include: Setcrete 2K Pro levelling compound, which can be applied over old adhesive residues, Setcrete Deep Base for quickly raising floor levels up to 50mm, Setcrete Rapid Set 30 – a superfast setting levelling compound, Setcrete High Performance, designed to go over flexible subfloors such as plywood, and Setcrete Exterior, for outdoor areas such as balconies, patios, garages and walkways.
