With one or two noteworthy additions during the transfer window, the early season form suggests this could be an incredible year for the Premier League. Some of the big clubs are stuttering, whilst Palace, Swansea and Leicester are flying.
It all adds up to an interesting conundrum when it comes to selecting your superstar XI — blow the budget on the slow-starting Eden Hazard and Wayne Rooney, or have confidence in the initial promise of Andre Ayew and Callum Wilson? The choice is yours!

The rules
Fantasy managers will have a budget of £55m to pick their teams, using either a 4-4-2 or 5-3-2 formation. You can only pick two players per Premier League club whilst there are 25 transfers to be used over the course of the season (max. five per month).
Entry is completely FREE but is limited to bona fide employees of builders’, plumbers’ or timber merchants. This is the merchant sector’s fantasy football competition so challenge your workmates and other merchants!
