Wrekin Products, manufacturer of intelligent products for civil engineering, has appointed logistics specialist Carl Gibbon as Supply Chain & Logistics Manager.
Carl brings with him a decade of experience orchestrating on time in full supply, manufacture and distribution for some of the country’s largest automotive and aerospace manufacturing businesses.
The Supply Chain & Logistics Manager role builds on Wrekin Products’ award winning service offering, and has been created in response to significant growth and a subsequent increase in business complexity.
Carl, a World Champion sailor, explains: “At Wrekin we know our customers value service highly and we take pride in our motivated, friendly staff. My challenge is to use my experience working with Toyota and Rolls Royce to provide the systems and leadership we need to ensure that, as we grow, we continue to deliver consistently excellent service to our customers.”
