Keyline Civils Specialist continues to support customers

Following the ongoing lockdown as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, Keyline Civils Specialist has confirmed that 46 of its branches around the UK continue to remain open and operational with social distancing, safety and hygiene measures in place. Account customers can take advantage of either contact free delivery or ‘call and collect’ services.

For ‘call and collect’ customers, branch shop areas remain closed with all service interaction taking place in the branch yard at a safe distance. Branch access is only being granted to those with a prearranged time slot, so customers are urged to book collection times in advance.

Customers will then be provided with a set time slot to collect their order. Depending on the goods ordered, the customers will either load their own materials onto their vehicle or have a staff member do so on their behalf.

For those requiring contact free delivery, additional safety measures are in place and while every endeavour is being made to supply products quickly and efficiently there may be times that next day delivery is not achievable.

“We remained operational throughout the pandemic to support essential works, adapting as the changes in regulation have occurred,” commented Paul Beaman, Managing Director at Keyline Civils Specialist.

“This has placed us in a good position to service our trade account customers, with stock on the ground and no supply issues, and the Government has since encouraged a return to work for the wider construction sector. As the situation, at times, continues to change daily, we ask that our customers are patient with the changes they experience in branch and any slightly longer lead times that they may experience during this time. However, we are confident that if we continue to adapt our way of working together, then we are ideally positioned to fulfil project requirements.”
