UAP, the specialist in safety and security products for the fenestration sector, has created a new brochure to celebrate the company’s 25 years in business.
It’s not every day you turn 25, and for a company that has grown from a PC in a spare room into a £22 million business with a staff of 89 , it’s not just a milestone, but quite an achievement too. And with a personal introduction from Chief Executive and founder David Jennings, UAP’s new brochure provides a timeline of how the business has developed from a single door knocker product to a broad portfolio across five brands: UAP Fullex, UAP Locking Systems, UAP Intelligent Hardware, UAP Firemongery and UAP TradeLocks.
It also outlines how the company operated during the pandemic, showcases some of its recent product innovations, including the “game changing” Kinetica+ K4 cylinder and Bio Key, and discusses the business’ future plans.
The anniversary booklet explores the company’s culture and CSR achievements, with soundbites from staff and customers highlighting why it is “such a positive place to work and valued supply chain partner”. It goes on to highlight the company’s charity activities and community outreach, which includes raising money to build five schools and a hospital in Nepal, planting 50,000 trees and donating PPE to charities and community organisations during the pandemic.
Kamila Kasperowicz, UAP’s Marketing Director, said: “After the challenges and uncertainty of the past two years, it is great to have something to celebrate and UAP is stronger than ever with a talented team that have helped us to continue serving customers and driving growth throughout the pandemic.
“The anniversary booklet is a thank you to our team, and to all our customers and supply chain partners, for their contribution to our success over the past 25 years. We are very proud of our achievements and looking forward to the next 25 years.”
