NMBS Exhibition goes digital

The NMBS Exhibition is going digital for 2022 as part of NMBS’ move towards becoming a more sustainable, low-carbon organisation.

The entire construction industry is becoming more aware of the urgent need to act more sustainably and conserve resources as part of global efforts to tackle carbon emissions and reduce waste. NMBS says it is determined to play its part, and so has made the decision to “drastically reduce” the amount of literature it prints for members and suppliers every year and the NMBS Exhibition, as a key in-person industry event that traditionally creates a lot of printed material, was a key focus point for this change.

As a result, hard copies of the NMBS Exhibition Show Guide will no longer be printed. Instead, NMBS has invested significantly in developing the dedicated NMBS Exhibition website, where visitors can now find all exhibitor profiles, products, contact and rebate details. In fact, says NMBS, all the relevant information about the Exhibition can now be found online where visitors can access it wherever and whenever they need it.

Visitors will be able to go online and find out more about the 260+ NMBS Suppliers who will be attending the event, and can also download Supplier Lists in either PDF or Excel format. In addition, they will have the ability to search exhibitors by product categories, so they can browse which companies will be attending the event and plan their visit.

An further benefit of keeping all this Exhibitor information online is that visitors can also view product videos and press releases, and see dynamic links to the Exhibitors’ own websites, giving them access to much more information than ever before.

NMBS reports it has also worked with local hotels to arrange discounted rates for hotel rooms during the exhibition, and this information can also be found on the website.

The NMBS Exhibition is taking place on 6th and 7th April at the Coventry Building Society Arena, Coventry. You can register for your free ticket online at www.nmbs-exhibition.co.uk with members able to use the same login details as they use for the regular NMBS website.
