Travis Perkins Managed Services, which provides maintenance materials and supply chain planning for public sector organisations, has been awarded the Supplier Quality Mark by Tpas, the tenant engagement experts.
Tpas is England’s leading tenant engagement organisation, with expertise in developing and promoting quality assured accreditations, training and improvements across the housing sector in areas including resident and community involvement and governance.
The Tpas Supplier Quality Mark is a clear set of standards providing a robust yet light touch assessment of awareness and contribution to customer care and resident engagement, with an independent validation of the scope and quality that services (or products) deliver a real ‘customer focus’ and is responsive to the needs of both potential and existing customers.
Managed Services is the first supplier to be awarded the Quality Mark, meeting Tpas’ standards of communication; service delivery improvements; customer care; staff development and diversity and community partnerships.
Stuart Hough, Managing Director of Travis Perkins Managed Services, said: “It’s fantastic to be the first supplier to be awarded the Tpas Supplier Quality Mark. We strive to provide the best services we can for our customers and their tenants and aim to leave a lasting legacy in the local communities we work in.
