Bolt Building Supplies is an independent builders’ merchant and timber engineering business which is based in Halstead, Essex. Bolt Building Supplies has an annual turnover of £15 million. Paul Harlow, a director of Harlow Bros commented: “We want to continue to build on the fantastic work that Bolt Building Supplies have done in the past 30 years. The acquisition will provide many opportunities for the Harlow Group both geographically and in terms of the products and services it can offer.”
