Abacus Bathrooms has launched a new dealer log-in software with the hope of improving the retailer and customer experience.
The dealer log-in portal can be accessed through Abacus’ home page and will require personalised log-in details to access confidential account information.
The six sections will comprise of; Orders for tracking and placing a multi-line order; Sales for monthly sales reports; CSV price lists and details of individual discount structures; Accounts where statements, invoices and credit notes can be downloaded and new credit limits requested; Returns for requests and status of returns; Customer Service where contact details on both sides are housed and updated; and “terms and conditions” as well as the Abacus YouTube channel.
The final Administrator icon will manage log-in details as well as access permission rights.
Ian Pattison, MD of Abacus Manufacturing Group, said: “We have developed a system which is all about the customer; we have all become used to fantastic, super-efficient online consumer experiences – think Amazon, for example – and, rightly, our customers deserve the same in their own business. There is no such thing as business-to-business in terms of expectations; this is what we set out to deliver with our new retailer system.”
