Brett Martin Group has made a “significant senior leadership appointment” with Kevin Bohea joining the organisation as Divisional Director for its Plumbing & Drainage Division.
Kevin is a well-known and respected figure in the construction products industry, and his appointment will strengthen the overall leadership of the independently owned, family-run business’s Plumbing & Drainage Division. He brings extensive experience and a proven track record of delivering sustainable, profitable growth; developing high‑performing teams; and successfully navigating complex and evolving market environments.
Throughout his career, Kevin has held senior leadership roles where he played a pivotal role in expanding market presence, strengthening product portfolios and embedding sustainability at the heart of growth strategies. He is widely recognised for balancing commercial performance with responsible business practices, ensuring growth is resilient, ethical and aligned with the future demands of the built environment.
Kevin is also a high-profile champion of construction products, having held positions on trade bodies including Director of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC), SEA (Sustainable Energy Association) and President of the Insulation Manufacturers Association (IMA).
At Brett Martin, Kevin will apply his depth of industry knowledge and strategic leadership to support the company’s continued investment in the latest manufacturing technology, product development and sustainable growth, in the construction sector.
