Victoria Fiddies, Regional Sales Manager at Catnic, has been elected Chair of the Builders Merchants Federation’s (BMF) Young Merchants Group.
With membership open to merchants and suppliers between the ages of 21 and 40, the BMF Young Merchants Group provides an ideal platform for younger members of the building supplies industry to discuss and exchange ideas.
Victoria, who previously held the role of Vice Chair, takes over from Jamie Pierce at Parker Building Supplies, who has just completed his two-year term. Glenn Paddison, Branch Director at MKM Building Supplies has also been appointed Vice Chair.
“I am incredibly proud to have been elected Chair of the BMF’s Young Merchants Group,” commented Victoria. “Inspiring the younger generation who are embarking on their career paths is essential to help retain and develop skills and knowledge within our sector.
