Penryn Plastics in Penryn, near Falmouth, has become a stockist for Brett Martin’s high performance Gloss Rainwater Systems in the popular Anthracite Grey colour option and was able to supply the gutter and downpipe system for a small development near St Agnes called Lowena Kelys which features four, four-bed homes offering stunning coastal views.
With a high specification for the new homes including bespoke oak staircases, underfloor heating, air source heat pumps and cedar cladding, the developer and main contractor Nova Construction’s attention to detail includes guttering which needed to combine high capacity performance with a colour that matched both the windows and doors. The Deepstyle 115mm Gutter System in a gloss finish from Brett Martin’s Anthracite Grey range was up for the challenge.
