
Hilton Banks Group, the family-owned company behind the HB42 brand of adhesives, fillers, sealants and coatings has announced the acquisition of Flag Paints, a specialist paint manufacturer based in Burnham on Crouch, Essex.
Established in 1939, Flag Paints has built a strong reputation for manufacturing high-quality paints, coatings, and surface finishes for various industries, including marine, decorative, and industrial sectors. This strategic acquisition is said to mark a “significant milestone in Hilton Banks’ expansion and commitment to delivering exceptional products and services to its customers” with the move enabling the business to leverage Flag Paints’ extensive research and development and manufacturing capabilities.
