New Huws Gray website adds “increased convenience and greater personalisation”

Huws Gray has launched a new website, “developed to enhance customer service and drive sales growth” while freeing up time for staff in its branches.

Designed to “deliver a faster, clearer and more reliable way to shop,” the website is said to provide increased functionality, with instant personalised pricing, real-time branch stock availability and over 45,000 products now available online.

Led by Chief Commercial Officer Adrian Wallington, the project reflects some of the current changes and issues confronting the merchant sector. Developed with “driving customer excellence at the heart of the process,” it provides simplified navigation and a faster fulfilment processes while the updated Click & Collect service enables customers to “purchase what they need when they need it.”

Furthermore, the new functionality will also simplify customer enquiries, with increased visibility online “benefiting branch sales teams’ time to focus on in-store servicing.”

CEO Daksh Gupta commented: “Our marketplace is becoming increasingly digital, with customers expecting greater convenience, faster journeys and enhanced personalisation. Our new website does all this and more, making it easier for customers to do business with Huws Gray. By providing new functionality such as instant access to pricing, stock and account information, we’re simplifying the buying process and improving visibility.
