SIG has confirmed the appointment of Howard Luft as the new Managing Director for SIG Interiors.
Howard joins the business with extensive experience both on the supplier side and in the merchant sector, with his most recent role prior to SIG being CEO of Selco Builders Warehouse.
Speaking of the appointment, Gavin Slark, CEO of SIG plc, observed: “Howard’s experience across both of our stakeholder constituencies will be a huge benefit to the business and I am personally delighted to welcome his drive, focus and leadership skills which will help SIG drive forward.”
The SIG Interiors business is a leading supplier of specialist insulation and interiors products and solutions, “differentiated through specialist knowledge and product mix.” Specialist brands include Kitsons, a leading distributor of technical insulation, and Ocula, which supplies a range of internal partitioning solutions.
The business also has dedicated teams working with housebuilders, local authorities and social housing providers to enable the delivery of major Refurbishment and Remediation and Building Envelope projects.
Howard joins SIG from 1st October 2024, taking over from Richard Burnley who left the business in August.
