Overland Shoes has appointed seasoned footwear executive Peter Lawson as Brand Manager to lead the launch of “disruptive new safety footwear brand” Bobcat Safety Footwear, with further backing from a specialist sales force.
With over two decades of commercial leadership across global footwear markets, Peter brings extensive expertise from senior roles at Reebok, FILA, Radley and Hi-Tec Sports International, where he served as Managing Director of their Magnum and Hi-Tec international businesses. Most recently, he strengthened his PPE market expertise through senior positions at Blackrock workplace PPE and Toffeln.
Now at Overland Shoes, Peter is responsible for leading the strategy and market rollout of Bobcat Safety Footwear, fusing global innovation with British expertise for real-world performance.

Anne Fish joins as sales lead for Scotland, Northern Ireland and Northern England, bringing 20-plus years’ experience in sales and merchandising across retail and, more recently, the safety market. With previous area sales manager roles at Titan Safety Footwear and Footsure Western Ltd, Anne adds deep expertise and a comprehensive understanding of the safety footwear market to the team.
Josh Kay oversees the South East territory, bringing an in-depth understanding of the creativity and craftsmanship behind every Bobcat range through his background as a footwear designer and shoemaker. He has been involved in the research and development of the range from conception to launch.
